We are a nurturing and inclusive setting for up to 37 pupils aged 5–17, spanning both primary and secondary phases. We specialise in supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and attachment difficulties. Our multidisciplinary approach involves close collaboration with families, carers, key workers, psychologists, and other professionals to provide holistic and personalised education.

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils
  • Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider team to implement EHCPs
  • Monitor progress and adapt strategies to ensure positive outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, families, and external agencies
