Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN) under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Facilitate small group sessions and one-on-one support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
