Role Details:

• Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
• Start Date: September
• Interviews: Happening over the next term
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Requirements:

• Must have a HLTA qualification
• Proven experience working with students with SEN
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well with teachers and other support staff
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the learning and development of students with SEN
• Helping teachers plan and deliver tailored educational activities
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
• Monitoring and recording student progress
• Contributing to the overall well-being and academic success of students
