Job Title: SEN Cover Teacher
Location: SEN Schools across Hull
Job Type: Supply, Part-Time, and Full-Time roles available

About the Role: Reed Education is seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Cover Teachers to join our team and work across various SEN schools in Hull. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to supporting students with special educational needs and ensuring they receive the best possible education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the well-being and progress of students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a DBS on the update system or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments.
