Day-to-day of the role:
- Reviewing and Supervising: Oversee team members to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Service Charge Accounts Preparation: Manage account preparations for various clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Take charge of reconciling clients’ accounts and cashbooks.
- Year-End Reports: Analyse and report on year-end expenditures.
- Filing Accounts: Ensure timely and accurate submissions to Companies House.
- Promotion and Innovation: Drive new initiatives to enhance client engagement and firm growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience working within a Practice environment and Service Charge experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
