We work with West Berks council who have tasked us with recruiting for a resilient SEMH Teacher to join their specialist provision. This is a unique opportunity to work within a multi-agency team that supports some of the most vulnerable learners across the county.
?? About the Role
As an SEMH Teacher, you will:
- Deliver personalised, trauma-informed teaching to children with complex emotional and behavioural needs
- Create safe, structured learning environments that foster trust, engagement, and progress
- Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and SEN professionals to develop and implement tailored education plans
- Use creative strategies to re-engage learners and reduce barriers to learning
- Monitor progress and contribute to multi-disciplinary reviews and reports

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience working with children with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or trauma-related needs
