We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team, working with pupils in secondary schools across Norwich and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting the educational and personal development of young people.
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to pupils, both in classroom settings and one-on-one.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of learning materials and activities under the guidance of the teacher.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a constructive environment for learning.
- Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum.
- Monitor and record pupils\\\' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
