Location: Scunthorpe

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, patient and emotionally intelligent ASC Specialist TA to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition. Many pupils experience sensory sensitivities, anxiety around transitions, and communication differences. You will play a key role in helping them feel safe, regulated and understood.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with ASC
- Use structured routines, visual aids and clear communication
- Support sensory regulation and reduce anxiety triggers
- Build positive, trusting relationships to encourage engagement
- Work closely with teachers, SENCO and therapy teams
