Part-Time School Administrator

Hours & Duration:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Contract Length: 3–4 weeks

Role Purpose:

To provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of school operations during a short-term period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
  • Greet visitors and manage the school reception area.
  • Maintain accurate records and update student information systems.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and general office tasks.
  • Support staff with scheduling and communication.
  • Handle confidential information in line with school policies.

Requirements:
