We are excited to offer a variety of temporary and permanent positions in Primary and Secondary Schools, as well as Colleges and Universities, for the upcoming term. These roles are based across East, South East, and North East London, with a focus on full-time opportunities, although part-time positions may also be available. This will be ready for a January 2025 start.
Day to Day responsibilities:
- Managing front desk operations as a Receptionist.
- Providing executive support as a PA or EA to Head Teacher or Senior Leadership Team.
- Handling Safeguarding and Welfare duties.
- Performing administrative tasks as a School Administrator.
- Overseeing office functions as an Office Manager.
- Monitoring student attendance as an Attendance Officer.
- Managing school finances or operations as a School Business Manager or Operations Manager.
- Maintaining student data as a Data Officer or Manager.
- Supporting SEN departments as an SEN Administrator.
- Managing HR-related tasks as an HR Administrator.
- Coordinating school admissions processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in educational settings is preferred but not essential for all positions.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and administrative systems.
- For safeguarding roles, an enhanced DBS is required, which can be applied for through our services at a cost of £48.00.
