Annual Salary: £26,000 (plus bonuses and commission)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Join a well-established organisation as a Sales Advisor, where you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations at their site sales complex, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey. This role involves achieving sales reservations, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and efficiently progressing reservations to legal completion. This position offers a fast-paced environment with a broad scope of duties and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain high standards for the presentation of the site and sales complex.
  • Ensure all relevant information is available and maintained to provide full and accurate information to purchasers.
  • Guide potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots, and site to fully demonstrate the product.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies during site visits.
  • Maintain accurate records using the in-house CRM system.
  • Regular liaison with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
  • Arrange and conduct home demonstrations with the Site Manager, following the company’s handover policy.
  • Assist purchasers post-legal completion with any defects or customer care issues.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas for increasing sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, lettings, mortgages, estate agency, conveyancing, or similar fields is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various sales sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with an additional £1,000 monthly bonus as a Relief team member after initial training (approximately 12 weeks).
