Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 DOEHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30No weekends or on-call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily transport operations for a fleet of 12 vehicles
• Ensure compliance with all transport legislation and company policies
• Optimise routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Liaise with drivers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in transport planning or logistics coordination
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• IT proficiency (transport management systems experience desirable)
