Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Team Leader / Manager for a temporary assignment, starting ASAP. This role is ideal for someone with previous retail experience who is available to start immediately and can commit to approximately 6-8 ++ weeks of work. The position involves various responsibilities including cash handling and store management tasks.
£12.82 per hour
37.5 hours per week (9.15am – 5.15pm)
Day-to-day of the role:
- Cashing up at the end of the day to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Opening and closing the store, managing security and readiness for business.
- Keeping all administrative tasks up to date to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing stock rotation on the shop floor to maintain freshness and availability of products.
- Ensuring the store presentation is clean and inviting at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment is essential.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately.
- Strong organisational skills to manage various administrative tasks.
