Join our team as a Resourcing Business Partner and manage the delivery of operational requirements for specific Managed Service accounts within our client portfolio across Yorkshire. This role is crucial for ensuring that resourcing outputs meet client expectations and that our commercial goals are achieved. You will be the initial escalation point for operational matters within the client organisation, resolving most issues at this level.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of a Managed Service for key clients, either directly or through the coordination of teams.
  • Partner with key stakeholders within the client business, taking accountability for high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Oversee the delivery of recruitment services according to best practice guidelines and market-leading principles including manpower planning, attraction strategy design and delivery, and more.
  • Ensure that activities managed onsite at the client premises are seamlessly integrated with the delivery of outputs from dedicated client teams based offsite.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the resolution of any issues experienced within the delivery of the Managed Service to the client organisation.
  • Lead and attend social value events supporting the local community.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing operational requirements for Managed Service accounts, preferably within a resourcing or recruitment context.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain world-class client relationships up to senior management level.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet established client Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to act as the first point of contact for operational matters.
  • Commercial acumen at a level expected of a market leader in Managed Service delivery.
