Role: Resourcing Business Partner
Location: Sheffield
Hybrid: 3 days in the office (with some travel across Yorkshire to client sites)

We're on the lookout for a Resourcing Business Partner who's ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and deliver exceptional service across our Managed Service accounts in Yorkshire.
This isn't your average recruitment role. You'll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring we not only meet but exceed expectations. You'll be juggling multiple accounts, leading high-volume campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders β all while keeping an eye on performance, quality, and commercial success.
?? What you'll be doing:
- Owning the delivery of recruitment services for key clients β from attraction strategy to assessment centres and everything in between.
- Acting as the first point of contact for operational issues and working closely with Account Managers to resolve them.
- Building strong, strategic relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
- Attending service review meetings and key stakeholder sessions β your voice will be heard!
- Driving performance, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are smashed, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating across the wider Reed network to boost fill rates and deliver a seamless service.
- Getting involved in social value initiatives and giving back to the local community.
