We are seeking a Reprographics Assistant to join our team. Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Manage reprographics requests efficiently, ensuring timely production of materials such as booklets, laminated items, and other finishing tasks.
- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of printing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Monitor usage of materials and supplies, placing orders that are cost-effective and timely to avoid disruptions.
- Support organisational events such as Open Days and Admissions by providing necessary reprographic services.
- Continuously recommend and implement new ways to enhance the reprographics services and delivery to improve efficiency and quality.
