Reed Crawley is working with a key client based in Crawley for the recruitment of an Office Relocation Assistant. They are looking for a hardworking and reliable Office Relocation Assistant to help with a significant office move for the 21st June & 22nd June. This role involves manual labour, including the relocation of office equipment and furniture from one building to another. It is a dynamic position that requires physical strength, stamina, and a keen attention to safety.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Carry out clear instructions for moving crates, boxes, and office furniture.
- Perform heavy lifting and shifting of items safely and efficiently.
- Use basic tools like screwdrivers and drills for general maintenance tasks, such as taking down items from walls.
- Handle all general ad-hoc tasks as required throughout the weekend.
- Ensure all activities are completed safely and in compliance with company standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to understand and execute instructions accurately.
- Experience in manual labour involving heavy lifting and general maintenance.
- Basic proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, drills).
