We're looking to recruit a Regional Recruitment Lead to join our Angard Staffing department!
The Angard Staffing Recruitment Team are the team at the very start of a candidate’s journey to working for The Royal Mail Group! The team will work with a high volume of applications that have applied to work at The Royal Mail Distribution Centres, Mail Centres and Delivery Offices up and down the United Kingdom. The Recruitment Team will ensure that the applicants understand the recruitment process, what is required from the candidate in terms of documentation and finer details of the post the candidate has applied for. The candidate will be guided through the process by the Recruitment Team and the team will play a point of contact for the candidates and their needs throughout.
What's a Regional Recruitment Lead?
As a regional lead, you will be responsible for the sourcing of high quality candidates to fill upcoming requirements for the Royal Mail Group. You'll also be responsible for managing candidate attraction activity and ensuring that recruitment processes are followed in timely manner from attraction through to offer; whislt ensuring adherence to client processes.
You'll also be responsible for driving collaboration between Account Managers and your operational team, ensuring performance is maximised, talent pools are managed efficiently, and service delivery is exceeding client expectations in your region. This role is essential in ensuring that our operational teams are equipped to identify, engage, and convert top talent for the client.
You'll be:
- Supporting with attracting candidates using different tools
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service and handling candidate queries
- Managing applications through the full recruitment process
- Collecting and checking right to work documentation
- Working towards agreed targets and SLAs to meet requirements
- Identify and manage priority roles within your region
- Work closely and collaboratively with other teams including account management, deployment, and vetting
- Experience Leads may also have management responsibility for 1-2 junior recruiters
