Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Company: Reed Southend-on-Sea

Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler\’s House, Tylers Ave, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2BB

Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home after the initial imbedding period.

Salary: Β£26,000 – Β£34,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday

Contract: Full time and permanent

The Reed Southend-on-Sea team is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their existing successful team of recruiters, to focus on a temporaries industrial desk. The role involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.

You will conduct the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and contacting client leads, developing client relationships, taking role briefings, negotiating fees and terms of business with clients, headhunting and sourcing candidates, managing candidate timesheets, conducting right to work and reference checks and assisting with candidate onboarding for clients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include identifying and developing client relationships, growing the candidate pipeline and database, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle as described above.

Qualifications

We are ideally looking for experienced 360 agency recruiters or anyone with a strong background in sales looking to transition into recruitment. You need to be proactive, have excellent time management, a fantastic communicator and love working in a fast-paced environment.
