Join our dynamic team at Reed in our Crawley office, with opportunities to work across both Crawley and Brighton locations. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with recruitment experience. However, for the right candidate without prior experience, comprehensive training will be provided. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in recruitment with a leading agency.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying potential clients to placing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Conduct candidate searches, screen potential candidates, and manage interviews.
- Provide consultation to both clients and candidates on market trends, recruitment processes, and career advice.
- Travel between the Crawley and Brighton offices as required to meet client and candidate needs.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
