This role is based on the outskirts of Lancaster and due to the location your own transport is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage recruitment campaigns from job advert to offer
  • Source and attract candidates using platforms like LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring
  • Encourage referrals and reconnect with past employees
  • Support hiring managers with safe, effective recruitment
  • Help shape a positive candidate experience and promote our brand

What You’ll Bring

  • Around 1+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • A people-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Confidence using recruitment tools (training provided if needed)
  • A proactive, curious approach and a desire to grow
  • For experienced recruiters: the ability to coach hiring managers and contribute to strategic hiring plans
