Role Overview: Join our team as a Receptionist & Administration Assistant, balancing reception duties and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception (2 Days/Week): First point of contact for visitors, parents, and professionals; Manage calls, emails, and messages; Maintain a tidy reception area; Distribute post and deliveries.
  • Administrative Support (3 Days/Week): Attendance: Record and monitor pupil attendance, follow up on absences; Pupil Records: Maintain accurate records, ensure GDPR compliance; HR: Assist with recruitment and staff records; Communications: Create the monthly staff newsletter.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional handling of confidential matters
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages; Arbor experience is a plus
