We are excited to offer an immediate start for an experienced Receptionist to join a well-established and innovative manufacturing company. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming experience for customers, visitors, and staff members.
Day to day of the role:
- Meet and greet visitors and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the booking of visitors on the in-house system and provide passes.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules through effective diary management.
- Order buffets and refreshments for corporate meetings as required.
- Process credit card payments.
- Order and monitor stock levels of stationery.
- Complete contractor safety induction forms and order necessary PPE.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to various departments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front-of-house or reception role.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a welcoming presence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
