Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to lead and develop our quality assurance and control processes. This is a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and that our operations comply with ISO and customer-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Oversee quality control processes across manufacturing and production.
  • Conduct internal audits and manage external audits and certifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and records.
  • Train and support staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, and Six Sigma (preferred).
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or quality management.
