Job Title: Quality ManagerLocation: East LondonJob Summary: The Quality and Inspection Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and inspection processes within the organization. This role ensures that all products meet the required standards and specifications before they reach the customer. The manager will lead a team of quality inspectors and work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain and improve product quality. This role is suited to someone who has a strong background in manufacturing quality assurance with management experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and inspection procedures.Conduct regular audits and inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Ensure that all quality documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate quality standards and expectations to all relevant departments.Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Skills / Experience required:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.Practical experience in quality assurance and inspection in a manufacturing environment, ideally where a batch production method is used.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
