We are seeking a QC/QA Specialist to join our team, ensuring all garments and fashion products meet the highest quality standards at various stages of production. This role is crucial for maintaining our brand's reputation by overseeing product specifications, identifying defects, ensuring compliance with brand requirements, and implementing continuous improvement measures.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Pre-Production Quality Checks: Evaluate and approve garment samples, trims, and fabrics. Review tech packs and ensure suppliers correctly interpret specifications. Conduct risk analysis of product designs to identify potential quality issues.
- Final Inspections: Perform final random inspections (FRIs) to ensure products meet quality standards. Manage shipment sample checks. Receive and review inspection reports, ensuring any necessary corrective actions are implemented.
- Quality Assurance Processes: Develop and implement SOPs and quality checklists for internal teams and vendors. Ensure adherence to AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards.
