Role Overview
Due to a recent leaver my client is urgently seeking a reliable and proactive individual to provide temporary part time support to MS Cotswolds office while we recruit for a permanent team member. The successful candidate will assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth property turnover and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Linen Management:
- Unpack commercial linen deliveries and check stock against delivery notes
- Pack linen bags for properties ready for cleaner collection

Guest Preparation:
- Assemble welcome packs for cleaner collection
- Deliver welcome packs, supplies, cots, and highchairs to properties as needed

Property Checks & Maintenance Reporting:
- Visit properties between bookings to inspect cleanliness standards
- Report any maintenance concerns to the Dorset office team

Supplier Coordination:
- Meet with third-party suppliers (cleaners, window cleaners, gardeners, etc.)
- Obtain quotes for property-related works

Cleaning Support:
- Provide cleaning services between bookings if a cleaner is unavailable
- Ensure all areas of the cottage are cleaned and beds made for guest arrivals
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with remote support available via phone and email
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleÂ
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable interacting with stakeholders including property owners, guests, and suppliers
