I am seeking a Property Administrator to join my client and help manage all subletting enquiries for their business. This role is perfect for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills who is eager to build a solid foundation for further career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to administer property enquiries.
- Maintain the database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle written correspondence efficiently.
- Communicate with customers over the phone, taking precise notes for processing.
- Review leases, liaise with in-house and external solicitors, and negotiate files.
- Produce licences and other legal documents using precedent templates.
- Provide general team and office assistance, including reception coverage during holidays and managing general telephone enquiries.
Person Specification:
- Highly organised and comfortable managing a high volume of transactions.
- Strong written and grammatical skills for effective correspondence.
- Confident communicator at all levels, both in writing and over the phone.
