Role: Project and Office Administrator?? Location: Cardiff?? Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Job-share considered)?? Salary: £28,342 – £30,248 pro rata
Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to make a real impact in post-16 education? A respected college in Cardiff is seeking a Project and Office Administrator to support the smooth running of its education charity. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior staff and contribute to meaningful projects across Wales and beyond.
?? What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the organisation
- Support senior-level meetings, including minute-taking
- Assist the Office and Governance Manager with day-to-day operations
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project delivery
? What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Experience supporting senior-level meetings
- Willingness to travel across Wales, the UK, and occasionally internationally
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours when needed
