Production Worker

• Location: Worthing, West Sussex
• Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time
• Hourly Rate: £12.21 – £13 per hour

Day-to-day of the role:

• Operate machinery and equipment on the production line.
• Assemble, pack, and label products according to specifications.
• Monitor production processes and report any issues.
• Perform basic quality control checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in repetitive tasks.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
