Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive with technical proficiency and excellent client care skills to take over an existing caseload. This role involves managing a varied caseload including Wills, tax planning, trusts, LPAs, and estate administrations. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality service and exceptional client care, focusing on being friendly and approachable. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of private client matters.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Wills, tax planning, trusts, LPAs, and estate administrations.
  • Maintain high levels of client service, ensuring all clients are treated with respect and receive timely updates on their cases.
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and other members of the team to ensure smooth operation and high-quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in legal private client work (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Hold a Practising Certificate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
