We are seeking a bright and ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to enhance our team. This role offers a great deal of autonomy and direct client interaction, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle probate applications and estate administration.
- Draft and advise on wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Engage in estate planning and the management of trusts.
- Maintain regular contact with affluent clients, providing high-quality legal advice and building strong client relationships.
- Participate in the firm’s marketing programmes to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
- Work autonomously while also collaborating with the team to ensure best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in private client work.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing directly with affluent clients.
