Day-to-day of the role:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Phase Lead ideal but not mandatory
  • Experience in primary education, with a track record of excellent classroom practice.
  • A strong commitment to inclusive educational practices.
  • High expectations for both self and students, with an ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
