We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar position, who is fully compliant with a clear enhanced DBS on the update service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the school operates smoothly and efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage the reception area, greeting and directing visitors, and handling parent enquiries.
- Maintain accurate student records and staff files in compliance with data protection laws.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
- Assist with the organisation and storage of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support staff and teachers with administrative tasks.
- Process student applications and maintain updated records of student attendance and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a School Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures in an educational setting.
