Compliance Oversight:
- Report on Compliance KPIs to senior leadership
- Forecast and manage Compliance-related expenses
- Maintain and regularly update the company’s risk register
- Action internal suspicious activity reports in line with regulatory requirements
- Lead and manage various compliance projects and initiatives

- Line manage a Compliance Assistant
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a Receptionist (new hire)
