We're looking for a number of multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradespersons able to deliver first-class repairs service across a variety of properties for our reputable Housing Association client.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in either Plumbing or Carpentry is preferred, but also experienced time-served candidates will also be considered.
- Full UK driving Licence with no more than 3 points.
- Own tools (specialist tools will be provided).
- Social Housing experience is advantageous.
- Successful candidates will be subject to a Basic DBS check.
You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
