Hours: Mon, Tues, & Thurs 8:45am-3:35pm; Wed 8:45am-4:30pm; Fri 8:45am-2:55pm

We are seeking a Supply Science Teacher to teach secondary science up to GCSE level. This role is to cover the spring term with the possibility of extending into the summer term. The successful candidate may also apply for a permanent position if interested.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Deliver engaging science lessons to secondary students up to GCSE level.
  • Ensure a stimulating learning environment that promotes student interest in science.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Mark students' work and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and uphold the school's teaching standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Science.
