Location: House Milford Wing, 1 Gloucester St, Station Square, Swindon SN1 1GW
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction.
Salary: Β£26,000 β Β£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday β Friday and permanent
What is the role?
Reed in Swindon are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team of established recruiters. The role involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced recruiter making huge strides in the sales market with plenty of leads to follow up on and client relationships to be made. There is a huge geographical patch to focus on, so you have a large remit to go after. The growth potential for this desk is massive, so we anticipate strong earning potential from the start.
