Join us as a Home to School Passenger Assistant (PA) and help escort children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities to and from school safely and comfortably. Hours: 15-25 hours per week What you\'ll be doing: Supporting children and young people during their school journeys via council-commissioned taxis. Ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout transit. Working one-to-one or with small groups depending on the route. Building strong relationships with families, carers, schools, and drivers. Managing challenging behaviours and promoting a calm environment. Completing incident reports and sharing best practices. Attending training, staff sessions, and reviews.
