Job Opportunity: Legal Assistant / Paralegal (Temporary – 3+ Months)

Location: Warrington (Hybrid or Remote Considered)

Pay Rate: £20.19 per hour (PAYE)

Contract: Full-time, Temporary (3 months with potential extension)

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors, assisting in the preparation of legal documents and casework for:

  • Court of Protection
  • Special Educational Needs Tribunal
  • Other relevant tribunals and proceedings

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and progressive legal environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare court documents and bundles
  • Liaise with courts, counsel, and external legal professionals
  • Support solicitors on complex and high-profile safeguarding cases
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • Attend court/tribunal hearings as required
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies
