Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the management and administration of Wills, Probate, and Estates.
Support the handling of Trusts and Court of Protection matters.
Help in preparing and executing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Maintain accurate and confidential client files and documentation.
Liaise with clients, providing them with informed and compassionate support throughout the legal processes.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Private Client Paralegal.
Strong understanding of Wills, Probate, Estates Administration, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
