Are you passionate about craftsmanship, creativity, and inspiring the next generation of decorators? We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Painting and Decorating Lecturer to join one of the largest colleges in Birmingham and help shape the future of the industry.

Location: Birmingham, Longbridge.

Contract Type: Full time & Part time Temporary hours available

Salary: £26 - £30 per hour including holiday pay.

  • Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons in painting, wallpapering, surface preparation, and decorative techniques.
  • Support learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop course materials and assessments that reflect current industry standards.
