Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Northampton!
We're looking to recruit an Onsite Planning Executive to join our Service Delivery team and support one of our key clients at the Royal Mail National Distribution Centre!
Reed supply flexible and temporary workforce solutions through Angard Staffing to Royal Mail sites all across the country, managing year round recruitment as well as seasonal peaks.
You'll be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on the night shift – 09:30pm to 06:30am.
The role:
An Onsite Executive represents Reed and Angard Staffing on-site with the client. You’ll be managing our flexible workforce, handling queries, and helping to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders on-site.
Key accountabilities
- Managing Angard staff
- Handling queries from workers and clients
- Managing recruitment and deployment of staff
- Identifying and helping to resolve gaps in deployment
- Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders onsite
- Working as part of a close-knit onsite team to ensure a high standard of service
Skills & experience:
We’re looking for candidates with experience working onsite in a warehousing/logistics/distribution environment. Transferable experience from similar roles would also be considered.
It's also essential that you:
- Have an understanding of the working environment
- Have strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Experience working as part of a diverse and multi-functional team
- Have strong computer literacy and are able to learn new systems
