?? Location: Aberdeen ?? Contract: Full Time, Temporary (until 1st October 2025) ?? Pay: £18–£19.48 per hour ?? Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Resourcing Coordinator to join a dynamic Oil and Gas team in Aberdeen. This role offers the chance to play a key part in talent acquisition and resourcing activities in a fast-paced industrial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Focus

  • Proactively source candidates via multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Review applications, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates
  • Manage CV submissions to hiring managers for approval
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment regulations
  • Join regular resourcing calls and client meetings

General Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date certification planning
  • Organise and manage personnel records

About You

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination—offshore or industrial sector experience preferred
