REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Probate Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with leadership experience within professional service or a regulated environment.
As a Probate Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Lead and inspire the Probate team, ensuring timely, compliant, and compassionate delivery of services.
- Translate company strategy into actionable goals and departmental plans.
- Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain a smooth and professional environment.
- Provide support and oversight to Line Managers, helping resolve escalations and maintain team capacity and workflow.
- Conduct formal HR processes including appraisals, disciplinary actions, and development planning.
- Prepare performance reports and maintain clear communication across the department.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies and champion continuous improvement across services.
