Are you a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Kirklees.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services across a diverse caseload. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll support individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapy interventions
• Work closely with service users, families, and carers
• Contribute to service development and clinical governance
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and proactive approach
