Are you experienced at teaching learners music? Have you delivered BTEC UAL level 3 courses in FE? This may be the role for you! We are currently seeking a Music Lecturer for an immediate start at a college in South London. This role is full time covering 35 hours per week to cover long-term and requires someone with recent experience in teaching BTEC, UAL, Level 3 courses.
Day-to-day of the role of a Music Lecturer:
- Deliver engaging and effective music lessons to students 16+
- Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the teaching program.
- Participate in departmental meetings and teacher training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Music Lecturer role:
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Proven experience in education with the BTEC curriculum
