We are seeking a Vending Operator to join our dynamic team. This role involves filling, cleaning, and maintaining premium coffee and vending machines. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to work in a fast-growing company specialising in coffee, water, and vending services.
Day-to-day of the role:- Clean and replenish coffee and vending machines within a specified territory to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safe operation in compliance with company and statutory regulations.
- Ensure all points of service are adequately stocked and products are rotated as necessary.
- Liaise with management and record any machine breakdowns to maintain high standards.
- Perform minor repairs or services and report any major faults to ensure machines are always in good working order.
- Complete all necessary tasks on the company's vend management system and participate in any required training.
- Cash up vending machines and accurately report on cash collected.
- Provide efficient, caring, and friendly service to customers.
- Attend to any reasonable management requests.
- Must hold a full clean UK driving licence as the role requires driving a company vehicle.
- A clear DBS certificate is required; the company can obtain this on your behalf.
- Excellent customer service and customer-facing skills.
- Proactive manner and a positive attitude.
