As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a high-speed operation that features modern bottling lines, palletisers, and process equipment. This role is ideal for someone looking to strengthen their skills in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct first-line mechanical maintenance on bottling, filling, capping, and wrapping equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues on conveyors, motors, sensors, and pneumatics.
- Support the engineering team with machine changeovers and efficiency upgrades.
- Carry out routine inspections, part replacements, and fault diagnostics.
- Work closely with production and shift supervisors to meet daily targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mechanical engineering experience in FMCG, packaging, or logistics automation.
- Exposure to high-speed production environments (bottling, canning, etc.).
- Working knowledge of pneumatics and minor electrical diagnostics.
- Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship in engineering or mechanical maintenance.
