We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Clients Property Services Team, ensuring high-quality property maintenance and improvements.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead the operational delivery of property services workstreams, focusing on Responsive Repairs and Major works, both in residential and non-residential portfolios.
- Manage a team of approximately 12+ in-house trades and external contractors, ensuring customer-centric, high-quality, and value-for-money services.
- Maintain high-quality data within the property systems and ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and CDM.
- Set and maintain high levels of safe working practices.
- Engage with residents and groups to develop co-created services, enhancing local knowledge of customer, asset, and investment needs across your locality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce and delivering maintenance services.
- Demonstrable knowledge of planning and delivering workstreams in a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against budgets, taking actions to mitigate risks.
- Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Must be willing to travel, have access to a car, and possess a full UK driving licence. This role is subject to a basic DBS disclosure.
